Khan has dressed in drag before, but we can't recall seeing him sport a nose pin before. Khan was snapped wearing a nose stud and sporting a moustache in a picture posted by Sushant Singh Rajput, Khan’s co-actor from Pk (2014).
Calling him an inspiration and a perfectionist, Rajput posted this interesting picture with Khan.
It is well known that director Vijay Krishna Acharya's Thugs of Hindostan is a pre-Independence period film in which Khan and Amitabh Bachchan play con artistes.
Rural men, especially from Rajasthan, aren’t averse to wearing nose rings. So, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Khan sports a nose ring. The big moustache and beard makes him look a bit strange.
The big question is: Will Amitabh Bachchan don a similar avatar too? Khan is known to drape a thick veil around most of his films. For all we know, this look might just be another diversion. Thugs of Hindostan will release next year.
