Tubelight is one of the most awaited Hindi films of the year. This is not just because it stars Salman Khan, but also because it is helmed by Kabir Khan whose previous outings with the actor have yielded fruitful box office results in the form of Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015).
The first teaser of the film was released last week and it added to the anticipation for the film. The makers are now all set to release the first song of Tubelight called ‘The Radio Song’ on 16 May. But before that, Salman has shared a poster of the song on Twitter with the caption, “Lekar aa raha hoon Tubelight ka pehla Gaana on 16th May! Ab bajega #TheRadioSong @TubelightKiEid @amarbutala @sonymusicindia @kabirkhankk.”
The poster shows the Sultan actor being launched in the air playfully by a group of people. He has child-like expressions, which could be because he plays a character with special needs. In other words, the poster gives an idea of what to expect from the track. The song will probably see Salman playing around with a group of his admirers.
Produced by Salman Khan Films, Tubelight revolves around the Indo-China war. The film will see Chinese actress Zhu Zhu make her Hindi film debut. It will be released during the Eid period on 25 June.
