Malayalam actress Bhavana engaged to Kannada film producer Naveen in a quiet ceremony

In what may have come as a surprise for her fans, Malayalam actress Bhavana, who has acted in films in all four South Indian languages, got engaged to Kannada film producer Naveen on Thursday.
According to sources, the engagement, which took place at the Casino hotel in Kochi, was a private affair with only close friends and family invited. No date has been set for the wedding yet.
A picture of the ceremony began doing the rounds of social media shortly after the engagement. Actress Manju Warrier, a close friend of Bhavana, is seen in the picture with the couple. Malayalam actress Samyukta Verma was also among the guests.

Bhavana has at least two Malayalam films, Honey Bee 2 and Adam, in the pipeline. She has had a rough year and only recently got back to shooting for Adam with Prithviraj. The actress is also awaiting the release of Adventures Of Omanakuttan this year.
Bhavana and Naveen were reportedly in love and planning to get engaged last year. But her commitments and busy schedule forced a delay in the plan. It is not known if Bhavana will continue acting after marriage.
