What were Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan up to in these curious videos?

Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan might not exactly be a hit pair for social media to pick on, but the two certainly had some interesting moments backstage at the Global Teacher Prize ceremony in Dubai. The two actors set the internet abuzz with their chemistry backstage, as these videos show. 

While they were preparing for the presentation backstage, the two actors had a number of animated discussions. Mahira, apparently, was the more animated one. In this video, she is seen pleading with Kapoor. No one knows as the video is a silent one. 

Mahira recently made her debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Raees (2017). Meanwhile, Kapoor is working on the Sanjay Dutt biopic with Rajkumar Hirani. The actor has undergone a physical transformation to acquire Dutt's muscular physique, and it is showing. A usually lean Kapoor looked more like Dutt with his beefy physique and long hair. 

This did not stop the conversation from going. Mahira and Kapoor had quite the banter as well. In this video, the actress looks to have got a joke at Kapoor. even as he gets his reply back. Sadly again, the audio is not too clear to let the audience in on the joke. 

They might never have done a film together, but it looks like they got together like a house on fire.
