While Tiger Shroff will spend most of his 27th birthday working on Munna Michael, his parents have planned a special treat for the actor. In a recent interview, Ayesha Shroff revealed how she and her husband, Jackie were planning to celebrate their son's birthday. One of the big gifts for the actor is a specially-commissioned portrait of his idol, Michael Jackson.
In a reported interview, mother Ayesha said, "It’s a 6 am call time at Vasai (where the film is being shot) for an action sequence. We won’t have time to celebrate at night as both he and his sister Krishna (AD on the sets) will be exhausted by the time they reach home at night. Tiger does his cardio before heading for the shoots so he gets up even earlier and today won’t be any different. He will have a double celebration once the film is complete."
Ayesha suggested that the actor is a very simple boy and was not a fan of 'designer stuff or electronic gadgets or sneakers'. With these out of the question, Tiger's parents have commissioned a beautiful painting by Vinay Vaidya, an arts professor at the JJ School of Arts, of the actor's idol, Michael Jackson. The painting will also have a quote by the King of Pop, that Tiger holds as his motto 'Study the greats. And become greater.'
Incidentally, Tiger is playing a street dancer who shares his name with the iconic pop star in Munna Michael. Ayesha also added that Tiger will be receiving a video with messages from his classmates all over the world, and his manager.
Munna Michael director Sabbir Khan added that the team will cut a cake on the actor's big day, suggesting that it 'will be a massive one, because it's a big unit.
The actor also received a birthday wish from Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, who have signed Tiger for the sequel to Student of The Year.
Despite the spoilers, it does look like a good way to bring in your 27th birthday.
