Did Kartik Aaryan replace John Abraham in Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga?

There were reports about John Abraham being roped in for a film titled Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga. But, as per sources, he has exited from the film due to creative differences. He has been now replaced by Kartik Aaryan of Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2010) fame.
“Kartik will be essaying the lead in the film which is a thriller based on a diamond heist,” said the source.
Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga will be directed by first-time director Amar Kaushik. He has been an associate director with filmmaker Rajkumar Gupta on films, Aamir (2008), No One Killed Jessica (2011) and Ghanchakkar (2013). Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga will be produced by Gupta, informed the source.
Kaushik is also the first assistant director for internationally-acclaimed Iranian director Majid Majidi’s keenly awaited Beyond The Clouds. He has also assisted Onir on Sorry Bhai (2008), I Am (2010) and the upcoming Shab.
The film will go on floors at the end of the year. Although Aaryan has been finalised, the selection of the female lead opposite her is yet to happen. “Kartik will start the shooting of the film by the end of the year. The hunt for the female lead is on and the shooting will happen in Mumbai and Delhi in October this year,” added the source.
Aaryan is currently gearing up for his next release, Guest iin London, which will be released on 7 July. The film also stars Kirti Kharbanda, Paresh Rawal and Tanvi Azmi.
