'Kooke Kawn' is an energetic party number sung by Sukhwinder Singh.

Sridevi’s film, Mom, is an emotional thriller, but its song ‘Kooke Kawn’ is poles apart from the film's genre in its composition. It’s a Punjabi dance track, with actress Sajal Ali’s character (Sridevi's daughter in the film) having a good time with a bunch of friends at a wild party.
The lyrics are in Punjabi, making it difficult to understand for those who are not well-versed with the language. The opening lyrics, ‘Kothe Utthe Kooke Kawn’ roughly translate to a crow cawing on the roof. Composer AR Rahman in fact uses actual cawing sound at regular intervals with great effect.
Sukhwinder Singh is the right choice for a Punabi song like this one. He brings amazing energy to this Rahman composition. It's surely a clutter-breaking track, as most good party numbers in films right now are either remixes of old songs or have the typical rap meets desi pop vibe.
Amid the disco scenes, there is also an element of conflict in the end when Sridevi arrives at the discotheque all worried. She informs the security guard that she is there to pick up her daughter.
Directed by Ravi Udyawar, Mom is all set to release on 14 July.
