Breaking his silence on the issue of entering politics, superstar Rajinikanth has admitted that he was indeed "holding discussions on entering politics."
Speaking to reporters before boarding a flight to Mumbai, Rajinikanth said, "I am holding discussions on the issue of entering politics. If I enter politics, I will answer your questions then." The actor is currently heading to Mumbai to work on some sequences for director Pa Ranjith's film, Kaala Karikaalan.
When a reporter asked him why he had denied having discussions on politics with various leaders until now, Rajinikanth shot back saying, "I have never denied it. I never said I wasn't discussing politics. I'm holding discussions over the possibility of entering politics. I haven't taken a decision yet. When I decide, I will tell you."
There has been excitement in both the political and film circles of Tamil Nadu, ever since news broke out over the possibility of Rajinikanth entering politics.
However, the actor, until now, had been ambiguous in his responses to the possibility of entering politics. However, several people close to the veteran actor have been saying that he will definitely enter politics.
