The actor put up a picture posing with 'Jagga Jasoos' Ranbir Kapoor as proof that he had paid his 'price' for the title of Imtiaz Ali's Jab Harry met Sejal.

Shah Rukh Khan does not stand debt. It seems the actor has eventually had to pay Ranbir Kapoor for coming up with the title for Imtiaz Ali's Jab Harry Met Sejal.
A few weeks ago, at the song launch of Jagga Jasoos, Kapoor had commented how he had come up with the title for Ali's long untitled film. He said, "I want to say this in front of everybody. I have given the title Jab Harry Met Sejal. It not a sad thing that Shah Rukh sir isn't giving me credit for it. The sad thing is that I didn't know about the Rs5000 reward."
Why Jagga Jasoos Ranbir is claiming credit and reward for Shah Rukh's Jab Harry Met Sejal
Well, it seems Khan doesn't go back on his word. The actor uploaded a picture on his Twitter as proof that he has, true to his word, paid the price.
Jagga Jasoos we r quits now!!! Hisaab barabar. Give @karanjohar his share for the ‘Jab’ part in JHMS please. pic.twitter.com/gPtrUdwedD

Khan wrote 'Jagga Jasoos we r quits now!!! Hisaab barabar, Give @karanjohar his share for the 'Jab' part in JHMS please.'
While Kapoor looked pleased as punch to get the money, Khan's sour grimace gives an idea that he is not very inclined to share the money. Although the actor was graceful enough to remind Kapoor to share the prize with Karan Johar, for the 'Jab' part.
It looks like there was more than one big name involved in the title of Ali's film. No wonder it took such a long time to finalise the name.
Jab Harry Met Sejal stars Khan, Anushka Sharma, and will be released in theatres on 4 August.
