Emraan Hashmi’s first look from Baadshaho has been released. The actor sports a never-seen-before avatar, wielding a gun in each hand. This is indicates the action-oriented traits of his character, while the beard adds to the intensity.

Ajay Devgn’s character poster from Baadshaho was released yesterday. It managed to make heads turn and generated interest in the film.

But what sets Hashmi's look apart is the Rajasthani turban that Hashmi is wearing. He's also sporting what looks like a angarakha (traditional top), which looks quite interesting. It's the first time he's sporting a turban, in fact, Hashmi has never played a character with any rural attributes before.

Hashmi has been looking for a hit for sometime. His last hit was Vikram Bhatt’s Raaz 3, which was back in 2012. Following this, he has done 10 films but none of them have managed to click at the box office.

How can Emraan Hashmi return to his successful days?

It is well-known that Hashmi, Devgn and director Milan Luthria are returning for the first time after Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai (2010). Dialogue writer Rajat Aroraa has also teamed up with them. His punch lines were one of the biggest strong points of OUATIM.

Aroraa has had a long association with Luthria. Along with OUATIM, he has also penned lines for Luthria’s Taxi No. 9 2 11: Nau Do Gyarah (2006), Hattrick (2007), The Dirty Picture (2011) and Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Again (2013).
