Rajkummar Rao might just be taking a leaf out of Robert De Niro's playbook. The actor, who recently transformed into a 100-year-old man for Raabta, has again gained over 10 kgs for Hansal Mehta's upcoming web series, Bose.
The actor tweeted a picture showing his transformation along three of his releases this year. Behen Hogi Teri, Trapped and Bose.
The actor wrote, 'Building a character. Nothing gives me more high than the process of exploring someone else's life on screen.'

The first picture on the left shows the actor sporting a lean, muscular look to play the hero in Behen Hogi Teri, compared to the almost famished and skeletal Rao for Trapped.
The two images are in stark contrast to the third, shot for the upcoming Bose, where the actor sports a prominent paunch, and a rounded face that match the look of the freedom fighter, Subhash Chandra Bose.
In addition to the weight gain, the actor has also gone half bald for the role in Mehta's biopic.
Got a hair cut done for #Bose. We'll soon put out the first look as Bose. Until then, these r the post hair cut pictures.Thank U @AalimHakim pic.twitter.com/Z2Z8r7sOZ8

Mehta's web series will be produced by the digital platform of Balaji Motion Pictures, Alt Balaji. The series is expected to trace a journey of the freedom fighter from his school and college days to his disappearance.
