Sonakshi Sinha rings the closing bell at Nasdaq ahead of IIFA awards

Sonakshi Sinha rang the Nasdaq closing bell in New York ahead of the Bollywood extravaganza IIFA Weekend and Awards.

Sinha looked chic in a deep blue power suit for the occasion. She was accompanied by Sabbas Joseph, Director of Wizcraft International Entertainment, and the producers and creators of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA).

After ringing the bell, the actress posed for a few quick pictures in front of the Nasdaq building at Times Square. A banner welcoming the actress in Nasdaq was also seen in the background.

Sonakshi is among a string of Bollywood stars who have descended in New York for the upcoming IIFA gala, to be held from 13-15 July.

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol were the first Indian celebrities to ring the Nasdaq opening bell in 2010.
