Would love to act with Rajinikanth, says Kajol

Actress Kajol has said she would love to act with superstar Rajinikanth. The actress was in Chennai for a press conference of her upcoming film with Rajinikanth's son-in-law Dhanush, Velai Illa Pattadhaari 2 (VIP 2).

The actress, who seemed completely at home in Chennai, met reporters before addressing the press conference. She said, “I would love to act with superstar Rajinikanth, but then such a time should arise. Moreover, we would also have to get a good story."

Talking about her role in the film, Kajol said her character, Vasundhara, is a mentally strong woman who takes pride in her accomplishments. “I have never done such a character in my career," she said. "There is no villain nor hero in this film. This film is about what happens when two different people, who are in two different states of mind, from different backgrounds and with different thoughts, meet. The confrontation between these characters will be fascinating."

At the same event, Dhanush announced that a third and a fourth film would be added to the VIP franchise, and Kajol may be part of the third film. However, the actor-producer made it clear that he had not finalized the rest of the cast and crew for the upcoming parts.
