Priyanka Chopra has been busy shooting for her next Hollywood film A Kid Like Jake in New York City. The shooting for the film is on in full swing and some on-set pictures of the actress have made their way to social media.
On the weekend, the actress shot some scenes alongside co-stars Jim Parsons and Claire Danes. Parsons, later in the night, commented on Chopra's Instagram profile saying, "Go to bed! You were wonderful today." To which, Chopra replied, "lol! Hahah Energiser Bunny can't sleep."
It looks like despite 5 am call time and all-day shoots, the actress refuses to wind down! And this, despite the fact, that Chopra isn't really known for hitting the gym, has been sneaking in workouts in the middle of her shoot.
"Working out for me itself is odd but working out in the middle of a shoot day...total anomaly!But here's to stepping out of ur comfort zone!," Chopra had tweeted yesterday.
But the more fun part of Chopra's day at work involved shooting some scenes with kids.
Director Silas Howard posted a picture of the actress from the sets of the film, where she is seen posing alongside Howard and writer Daniel Pearle. Howard also posted a picture of Jake (the child actor in the title role) and Sanjay (name in the film), who plays the role of Chopra's son.
It looks like the kids had a lot of fun shooting with Chopra, whose love of children is quite well known.
The actress was also spotted listening to music and chilling with a beverage in between shots.

A Kid Like Jake, based on a Lincoln Centre play by Daniel Pearle, follows the story of Jake, a bright and precocious four-year-old who happens to prefer Cinderella to GI Joe, and his parents (played by Parsons and Danes), who have hopes of getting him into a good school. Chopra portrays the role of Amal, the couple's friend. A newly single mother, Chopra's character is also trying to navigate the school system.
A Kid Like Jake is slated to be released in theatres in early 2018.
