The Dabangg star thanks the international star for having his Chedi Singh (Sonu Sood) in the Sino-Indian co-production.

Salman Khan is on a film-appreciation spree, it seems. After praising Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil and Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees, the Sultan actor has now given the thumbs up to the first Sino-Indian co-production Kung Fu Yoga which stars Hollywood action star Jackie Chan and Khan’s villain from Dabangg (2010) – Sonu Sood.
The Tubelight actor took to Twitter to thank Chan for having Sood in Kung Fu Yoga and said he found its trailer the coolest.
Thank you @EyeOfJackieChan for giving this film to my Chedi Singh @SonuSood . This is the coolest : https://t.co/Nl0qk742pl

It may be recalled that before casting for Dabangg 2, there were rumours of Khan and Sood having a disagreement. The latter had played the antagonist Chedi Singh in the first Dabangg film but did not feature in the second film. Though Chedi Singh dies in the first film, one of Chulbul Pandey’s colleagues had reminded him that the thug had a twin. Sood and Khan have not worked together since then. So this show of support for Kung Fu Yoga should end talk of the rift.
