The 'Tamma Again' track has become a rage. While the 1990s generation is still cribbing about the tendency of composers to remix old classics, the current generation seems to be taken by the upgraded version.
Thankfully, both Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt have had previous experience dancing to remixes. The two made their debuts in Karan Johar's Student Of The Year (2012) alongside Sidharth Malhotra. One of the more popular numbers in the film was 'The Disco Song', an upgraded remix of 'Disco Deewane'.
Our search through the World Wide Web led us to this fan video which combines these two songs to deliver the perfect Varun Dhawan-Alia Bhatt remix tape. The video combines the choreography of 'The Disco Song' with the music of 'Tamma Again' to deliver an irresistible watch. The choreography and attitude of these two stars certainly makes this one a steal.
Like 'Tamma Tamma Loge' from Thanedaar (1990), 'Disco Deewane' was a 1980s classic album by siblings Nazia and Zoheb Hassan. Like the upgraded 'The Disco Song' from Student Of The Year, 'Tamma Again' is also growing to be a hit with listeners. The internet has certainly taken to it.
Student Of The Year proved to be a massive hit and launched Dhawan and Bhatt into the league of stars. The actors have since taken their stardom to the next level, matching it up with performances. Now it remains to be seen if the new remix proves as lucky for them as the first one did.
Badrinath Ki Dulhania is directed by Shashank Khaitan and is set for theatrical release on 11 March.
