Varun Dhawan wants to run away with someone

In this age of social media, artistes don’t shy away from marketing their films on digital platforms. From Hrithik Roshan to Akshay Kumar, stars have often enjoyed doing such promotions. Taapsee Pannu is the latest to take to digital promotions when she posed some personal questions to chosen friends. 

Pannu’s next film, Running Shaadi, will be released this Friday, 17 February. As the film is said to be about a matrimonial portal, Pannu has been asking friends whether they have ever felt like running away with someone. 

On Tuesday, Pannu posed this query to her Judwaa 2 co-star Varun Dhawan.

While Dhawan himself has not yet had the experience of running away with someone, he did try to help a friend to elope once.

The actor, though, hasn’t given up on his runaway bride with Dhawan wanting to elope with none other than Pannu herself. 

Apart from Running Shaadi, Pannu will be seen in The Ghazi Attack, a film set during the Bangladesh liberation war of 1971. Both film are scheduled to be released on Friday.
