The Raees star's wife Gauri has finally opened a Twitter account, one that is likely to cater to her business needs though.

As a superstar's wife, Gauri Khan is perhaps used to living in the shadow of her larger-than-life husband Shah Rukh Khan. Over these past 25 years, fans of SRK, as Shah Rukh Khan is popularly known, have admired Gauri a lot, which is why it comes as something of a surprise that she did not have an account on Twitter till now.
Well, Gauri Khan will finally make her presence felt on social media, though, it seems, her business interests will rule.
Gauri intends to use social media to boost her upcoming enterprise, Gauri Khan Designs, that will sell the best furniture from across the globe in India. At least, her Twitter handle, Gauri Khan Designs, suggests so.
Gauri announced her arrival on Twitter with this tweet that made her business intentions clear:

It did not take long for hubby Shah Rukh to spread the good word about his wife's upcoming venture.

In just seven hours, Gauri Khan Designs gathered 1700 followers, though Gauri herself follows no one but Shah Rukh Khan.
Gauri had graduated from Delhi's Lady Shri Ram college with a bachelor's degree in history. She also completed a six-month course in fashion designing from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi, and learnt tailoring by virtue of helping out with her father's garment business.
Gauri is no stranger to the world of business having produced many of her husband's films under the family banner, Red Chilllies Entertainment. She is also no stranger to non-film business. In 2010, she ventured professionally into interior designing in partnership with Hrithik Roshan's then wife Sussanne Khan. The same year, they took up their first commercial project together, a massive 60,000 square foot private home in Baroda.
In 2012, Gauri launched her own line of furniture in partnership with Sussanne's home store in Mumbai – The Charcoal Project.
Shah Rukh Khan fans must be hoping that Gauri will eventually share a few things other than just information about her business.
