It seems Shah Rukh Khan’s prayers have been answered. His big release, Raees, has turned out to be fairly successful at the box-office. The actor visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar with his youngest son, AbRam to pay his respects to the almighty.
A couple of days ago, Shah Rukh threw a lavish bash in Mumbai to celebrate the success of the film. He was joined by director Rahul Dholakia, co-stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Atul Kulkarni, Sunny Leone (who had a song appearance) and producer Ritesh Sidhwani.
Raees review: Typical underworld entertainer with high dose of Shah Rukh Khan
But yesterday, he took a different route of celebration by visiting Sri Darbar Sahib, which is also known as the Golden Temple, in Amritsar, Punjab. Apart from Abram, he was also joined by Sidhwani. They entered the temple in the evening and were there till dusk.
Pictures of Shah Rukh and AbRam with the yellow turban cloth appeared on social media and are going rapidly viral. Going by the comments, the little kid is melting people’s hearts. The actor shared one such picture on Twitter and captioned it, “At the Sri Darbar Sahib. Peace and love and all feelings beautiful. Thank u Amritsar.”
Shah Rukh will now be seen in Imtiaz Ali’s The Ring, opposite Anushka Sharma. The film will be released this year on 11 August.
