Anil Kapoor joins Salman Khan in Race 3 

Actor Salman Khan has confirmed that senior actor Anil Kapoor is the latest entrant to the cast of Race 3. Khan confirmed the news of Kapoor coming on board via his Instagram account.

Kapoor had played the role of inspector Robert D’Costa in the earlier films – Race (2008) and Race (2013). Though not confirmed yet, Kapoor is likely to reprise the role in the third film.

Khan introduced Kapoor with the latter's trademark 'jhakaas' dialogue from Yudh (1985).

Directed by Remo D’Souza, Race 3 boasts of a new cast including Vicky Kaushal, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem, Bobby Deol who have come on board.

So far, actress Jacqueline Fernandez was the only one from Race 2 (2013) to return in Race 3.

Race 3 is set to be released on Eid next year. Apparently, Kapoor’s other film Fanne Khan, too, is slated to be released on the same day.
