Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma already married? Senior associate sports editor claims so

Team India is currently playing a cricket series against Sri Lanka, but the man who is trending on social networks is not in the playing 11. Virat Kohli’s marriage with well-known actress Anushka Sharma is the talk of the town, and is expected to remain so till their wedding takes place, which is reportedly on 12 December.

However, amid such excitement, news is coming in that Kohli and Sharma are already married. Senior associate editor of a sports website called Sportswallah has confidently claimed this on his Twitter page. Named Abhishek, he said, “Virat and Anuskha are already married but the official announcement will be on 15th December. Mark this tweet! #ViratWedsAnushka
#VirushkaWEDDING.”

He had shared the same news a couple of days before when he wrote, “.@imVkohli and .@AnushkaSharma are married. Official announcement anytime! Boom.. #ViratWedsAnushka.” 

This has triggered a flurry of reports about the couple already being married. However, there hasn’t been any confirmation on the same.

Kohli and Sharma have reached Italy where the wedding is supposed to take place at a heritage property.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez let the news about Kohli and Sharma's marriage slip inadvertently. When she was recently asked about congratulating the couple, she said, “I am so so excited. I think it is  an amazing news. I am really happy for Anushka and Virat. I can’t wait for it.”

Following this, when she was asked if she is confirming the wedding rumours, she realized her folly and refused to answer the question.
