Priyanka Chopra just doesn't take a break. Apart from acting and producing, she is now returning to music with her latest single, 'Free & Young'. The actress has collaborated with Australian composer and DJ Will Sparks on this single. Now, Sparks has released a teaser clip of the single to be released on 11 August.
The actress had announced the song last week, putting up an image of the cover on her Instagram page.

The teaser features a 10-second clip of Chopra's voice soaring over the rhythms of Sparks's composition. The clip features the actress singing the lines 'Run away with me/As long as we are young and free... Run away with me/Cos we don't know where we are gonna be'. The composition feels a bit heavy on the EDM but certainly makes for a catchy refrain.

Chopra has not just sung, but also, reportedly, contributed to the lyrics of the song. The last single Chopra had released was a cover of Bonnie Raitts's 'I Can't Make You Love Me' in 2014. Since then, the actress has also sung Chaoro from Mary Kom (2014), the title track of Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do (2015), as well as the Marathi song, Baba, for her own National award-winning production, Ventilator (2016).
Incidentally, 'Free & Young' was recorded around the time of Chopra's hit single 'Exotic' back in 2013. Fans of Chopra posted a video of the actress at a recording studio back in 2013. The short clip features Chopra trying out a Robin Thicke duet 'If You Can't Hear What I'm Trying To Say' too.

From the looks of it, Chopra certainly enjoyed recording for it. The song is expected to be released on 11 August. Going by the Quantico actress's record at the Billboard Top 100, this might just be another winner.
