Ranveer Singh is one of the better actors in Hindi cinema today, one who would go to any lengths to get into the skin of a character. Ranveer Singh likes to do challenging roles and has no qualms playing a homosexual.

The actor recently appeared as a guest on Neha Dhupia’s audio chat show #NoFilterNeha where he made some candid confessions.

In a straight question, Dhupia asked Singh whether he would ever kiss a man on screen. The actor confessed that he would be uncomfortable, but if the script is valuable, he might consider doing it. "This is a little bit of a stretch for me," he said. "It’s not natural for me to do something like this because I’m straight. The script though has got to be worth it. As an actor, I’ll be happy to do it, but the script has really got to hold value for me.”

Dhupia then quizzed the actor who among Anushka Sharma, Vaani Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra was the best to kiss on screen. Singh cleverly chose to name his girlfriend Deepika Padukone, saying, “I think Deepika is the best kisser."

Dhupia reminded her guest that the Padmavati actress wasn’t even in the list she had put to him. Ranveer Singh, though, stuck to his guns. “Did you see that song 'Ang Laga De Re' from Ram-Leela (2013)?" he said. "Just the way it looks and feels, I think it was a very hot kiss. Proabably one of the hottest in the history of Hindi cinema.”

The actor confessed to having been a brat in his adolescent years and doing some crazy things. One of them would be scaring autorickshaw and cab drivers. “We used to scare the shit out of these autowallahs who were asleep in their vehicles," he recalled. "They would be so petrified thinking they have been woken up by some ghosts. We used to have a great laugh and quickly flee, like hyenas.”

Once such incident, however, resulted in the actor getting a scar on his face. “I ran into a cab driver who had fists like sledgehammers," he said. "He broke my nose, teeth. It was very pretty mean. It was pretty mean on our part to do something like this. Now when I look back, I don’t think I should have done it.”

The actor said minor bruises caused by motorcycling accidents could be concealed by wearing full sleeves, but there was no hiding his face from his parents after this incident.
