Pictures of Karan Johar's twins will warm up a rainy day

While Mumbai has been under the cloud since Tuesday, director Karan Johar's Instagram page gave fans a reason to smile. The director posted pictures of his twins, Yash and Roohi, to bring some sunshine to the internet. 

Karan, who became father to the twins through surrogacy earlier this year, has protected the children from the limelight for long. It was only in August that the director posted the first complete pictures of both children on his Instagram page. 

The latest picture has two close up profile shots of Yash and Roohi. Roohi is dressed in blue denims, while Yash is wrapped in a soft, white blanket. The smiles on the faces of the two children make for some sunshine on rainy days. 

The director also put up a picture of himself alongside mother, Hiroo Johar, with the tag 'My world'. 

Even as the industry is reeling under a poor spell of films, the director seems to have taken some time off to hang out with friends and colleagues. A day ago, he posted pictures of himself at producer Ekta Kapoor's party for actress Neha Dhupia. 

With his children and mother by his side, Karan seems to be enjoying his time off for now.
