Twinkle Khanna shoots first scene of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha 2

Twinkle Khanna pleasantly surprised her followers on Instagram today morning. She posted a picture from the first scene of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha part 2.

No, the Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer isn’t being turned into a franchise. 

Khanna went for a morning walk on what looks like Mumbai’s iconic Juhu Beach. She was stunned to spot a man answering nature’s call right in the middle of the beach. This was enough for her to click his picture (thankfully from a long distance) and try to troll him on social media. 

She shared the picture on her Instagram page and captioned it, “Good morning and I guess here is the first scene of Toilet Ek Prem Katha part 2 #WhenYourWalkGoesDownTheToilet.” 

Incidentally, her hubby Akshay’s film, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha addresses the issue of open defecation prevalent even today and offers solutions to deal with it. Hence, Twinkle linked the situation she witnessed today with the film. 

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha has earned good numbers in its first week at the box office. In its first eight days, the film has raked in Rs97.75 crore approximately, as per reports by boxofficeindia.com. The film seems to have continued Akshay’s positive run at the box office.
