The makers of Tu Hai Mera Sunday released a new poster of the film yesterday.
Produced by Varun Shah, the film, also known as You Are My Sunday, tells the story of five friends who gather on Juhu beach every Sunday to play a game of football as a means to escape their dreary lives. The poster too reiterates this very theme, with the football at the centre of the gang of friends, while the construction work looms on the background.
Written and directed by Milind Dhaimade, the film stars Shahana Goswami, Vishal Malhotra, Rasika Dugal, Shivkumar Subramaniam, among others.
The film had a world premiere at the 60th The British Film Institute London Film Festival (BFI), in 2016, and an Indian Premiere at MAMI 2016. Apart from this, the film has travelled to the 17th New York Indian Film Festival, Cinequest Film Festival 2017 and Nashville Film Festival 2017. Tu Hai Mera Sunday also won the Audience Choice Award for Best Film at the Cinequest Film Festival, 2017.

Tu Hai Mera Sunday will be released in theatres on 6 September.
