Tamil superstar Ajith occupies centre-stage in the new trailer of director Siva's Vivegam. From making a style statement in his combat gear, to showing off his newly built physique, the actor employs the complete range of his charisma in the newly released trailer.
The snazzy trailer begins with an anonymous voice asking our hero 'Who are you?' only to be answered "That is never decided by me, but by my enemies. Whether I am a friend, or an enemy."
The dialogue only serves to enhance the stylish visuals of Ajith playing the super-spy, chased by international criminals, finding himself abandoned in snowed in forests among other locations. The visuals are backed by a sleek soundtrack by Aniruddh Ravichander, and some powerful VFX. These lend the film a bit more gravitas.
Vivegam, directed by Siva, marks the third collaboration between the actor and director which began with the 2015 hit, Vedalam, followed by last year's Veeram.
The film also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Vivek Oberoi and Akshara Haasan in important roles. Vivegam will be released on 24 August.
