Hrithik Roshan won accolades for playing a blind man in Kaabil (2017) but has taken it easy after the film’s release. Word is that his next feature film will be Vikas Bahl’s Super 30, a biopic which is based on the life of Anand Kumar, a mathematician who started the Super 30 programme in 2002 in Patna, Bihar.
The selective programme chooses 30 deserving candidates from poor backgrounds to train them (free of cost) for IIT-JEE. Since its inception 300 children have entered the Indian Institute of Technology. Kumar’s teaching style has been featured in The New York Times and has been featured by the Discovery Channel and the BBC.
Kumar shared photographs of his meeting with Hritik and director Bahl at the former's house in Mumbai on Facebook. He wrote, “Just returned to Patna from Mumbai. But really I can't forget my meeting yesterday with Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. The way he invited me to his house and gave me the honour really showed that he is not just a great artist but also a great human being. Thanks Hrithik ji, thanks a lot.”
It seems the three of them had a lively and entertaining time, indeed. Here are the rest of the photos from Kumar’s post.
