Exactly a month after he was arrested in connection with a case pertaining to the abduction and sexual assault of a popular south Indian actress, Malayalam actor Dileep applied for bail a third time in the Kerala high court.

Dileep is being represented this time by advocate Raman Pillai. It may be recalled that the actor's pleas for bail have been turned down twice — once by a court in Angamaly and a second time by the high court.

The Kerala High court will hear Dileep's bail plea tomorrow.

Sources close to Dileep say that while pleading for bail, the actor's lawyer will be looking to reiterate the claim that Dileep has no connection with Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in the case.

Sources also say that the actor will try and present to the court the claim that he has been framed in the case.

If bail is denied again tomorrow, sources say the actor will next have to approach the Supreme Court for relief.
