What's cooking between Farhan Akhtar, Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor?

Have Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur rekindled their friendship at the recent party organised for Vishesh Films' 30th anniversary celebration? Shraddha and Aditya were rumoured to be dating Aditya when they were shooting for Aashiqui 2 (2013). However, recent reports suggest Shraddha's closeness to Rock On 2 (2016) co-star Farhan Akhtar. 

According to a report in Deccan Chronicle newspaper, Aditya and Akhtar had a war of words over the actress. "Farhan was pretty upset with Aditya and things took a wrong turn from there. As soon as Shraddha got wind of it, she jumped in to control the damage. In fact, she is at Farhan's residence sorting out the issue as we speak (sic)," the newspaper quoted a source as saying.

The report further stated that Shraddha was spotted leaving Akhtar’s residence on Tuesday (4 April). Apparently, a few blocks away, Aditya’s car was also spotted.

The actors have so far kept their personal lives private. Till date, neither Shraddha nor Aditya have confirmed that they were dating while filming Aashiqui 2 (2013). Similarly, the Rock On 2 actress has also not commented on her friendship with Akhtar. 

There were rumours of Shraddha wanting to move in with Akhtar, but her father Shakti Kapoor disapproved her idea. However, in November last year, Akhtar had admitted in an interview to Hindustan Times newspaper that she had forged a certain kind of friendship with Shraddha.

"The fact of the matter is that over the last year-and-a-half, a certain kind of friendship has been forged, which is normal since we have been working together. There are times when you work with people and enjoy their company. For example, I worked with Abhay Deol for the first time in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011). And since then, we have hung out, and also travelled together a lot. Now, just because he is a man, I am not having an affair with him (laughs)," Akhtar had said. 

Akhtar was also linked with Yami Gautam and Kalki Koechlin. He separated from his wife Adhuna last year and has two daughters with her.
