Saif Ali Khan, Preity Zinta set for spectacular reunion

The Salaam Namaste (2005) pair will be guest commentators for a special segment during the first game of season 10 of the Indian Premier League.

Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta are among the A-list of Hindi cinema's celebrities even if their film careers haven't been going great guns lately. The Salaam Namaste (2005) pair will soon reunite, though not on the silver screen. Khan and Zinta will join forces during the forthcoming season 10 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket tournament. They will be guest commentators for a special segment called Masala Commentary.

While Khan is the son of former India captain Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi, Zinta is co-owner of the IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab. While they have done a few films together, including Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003), this will be their first collaboration on the sports front.

With the catchline, 'Match Ki Kahani Celebs Ki Zubani', Masala Commentary promises to be a fun-filled affair. Khan and Zinta are said to be doing the commentary for the first game between defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad and last season’s finalists Royal Challengers Bangalore on 5 April in Hyderabad, Telangana.
