With Baahubali set to release at the end of the week, it is unlikely that the films will see any further improvement.

The weekend did not bring much luck to Noor, or the box office. The Sonakshi Sinha-starrer did not manage to recover the stumble on its first day, posting a paltry Rs3.35 crore at the end of the weekend. The collection took its total earnings to Rs4.60 core in 3 days. The wide release of the film has not helped its position either. With Baahubali set to release at the end of the week, it is unlikely that the film will see any further improvement.

The business of Noor can be classified as follows over the three days:

Friday - Rs1.25 crore

Saturday - Rs1.60 crore

Sunday - Rs1.75 crore

With collections below Rs5 crore, trade analysts predict that the film might not even breach the Rs10-crore mark over the week.

Noor was not alone though. The other release of the week, Maatr posted worse collections, failing to touch even Rs1 crore over the weekend. The Raveena Tandon-starrer managed to collect Rs20 lakh on Friday, Rs30 lakh on Saturday and Rs35 lakh on Sunday.

Srijit Mukherji's Begum Jaan added Rs1.75 crore on the second weekend, taking the overall collection of the film to Rs17.64 crore.
