There is strong buzz that Baahubali star Prabhas is going to make his Hindi film debut with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. According to a report in DNA newspaper, Johar has managed to convince Prabhas to make his Hindi cinema debut with an action-romance drama.
Baahubali director SS Rajamouli is also tipped to be part of this film. Johar is the distributor for the Baahubali films in the Hindi film market.
When asked by IndianExpress.com about making his Hindi film debut with Dharma Productions, the actor merely said, "One day I will answer that question." His response does not rule out the possibility.
While there is no confirmation, the actor is said to have signed his first film after Baahubali. Prabhas has given his nod to director Sujeeth’s tri-lingual film that is rumoured to have a budget of Rs150 crore.
The Baahubali actor had earlier stated that he wanted to take a break from action as dedicating four years of his life had taken a toll on his health.
Rumours are also rife that Prabhas plays a triple role in Baahubali: The Conclusion. According to a source, Prabhas could be playing Amarendra Baahubali, his son Mahendra/Shivudu and also the character of the grandfather.
Baahubali: The Conclusion is set to be released on 28 April.
