Leaked! Dangal girl Fatima Sana Shaikh to play hot warrior in Thugs Of Hindostan?

Fatima Sana Shaikh became an overnight sensation after the release of Dangal (2016) last year. The actress played Aamir Khan’s daughter in the film that was inspired from the life of real-life wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat. After gaining fame in the film, it is obvious that there is a lot of eagerness for her next film. 

Speculations about her next film have suddenly gained momentum after a look test picture of her has leaked online. It was shared exclusively by Hindustan Times. The report in the daily claims that Fatima has given the test for Aamir’s next Thugs Of Hindostan. 

In fact, the report on the daily also claims that the test was for the role of the actress opposite Aamir. The speculation comes as a big surprise since Fatima played the actor’s daughter in Dangal. 

The picture shows Fatima posing as an attractive warrior with a sword. Due to her long hair and glamorous look, it is difficult to identify her. 

A trade insider is quoted saying, “Fatima’s look test picture comes as a shock on several accounts. First, Fatima, who played Aamir’s daughter in their last film, is auditioning for the female lead opposite him. Second, Aamir is known to never repeat his heroines. In this case too, technically, he won’t be doing it even if Fatima makes the cut as he was paired opposite Sakshi Tanwar in Dangal.” 

The report also mentions a spokesperson from Yash Raj Films clarifying that the female lead for Thugs Of Hindostan is not final yet. 

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, Thugs Of Hindostan also stars Amitabh Bachchan. This is the first time the Dangal actor is starring alongside the Big B. It is Aamir’s second film with the director after the blockbuster, Dhoom 3 (2013).
