Parineeti Chopra and Ranveer Singh fight to be Arjun Kapoor's 'better half'

Arjun Kapoor might only have half a girlfriend in Shraddha Kapoor in Mohit Suri's film, but he certainly has some good friends. While the trailer has earned some decent reviews online, the actor was involved in a hilarious banter with his close friend Ranveer Singh on Twitter. Singh even offered to be the 'better half' girlfriend to arjun after watching his trailer. 

Writing on his Twitter handle, Singh consoled Arjun saying: 'Even I feel like crying when I see you cry'. He even offered Arjun a chance to be his 'girlfriend' saying 'She only wants to be 'half'?! FINE! I will be the other half..the better half!"

The friendship and camaraderie between Arjun and Singh goes back to their stint on season 4 of Koffee with Karan, when they charmed the audience with their partnership. Ever since their appearance together in Gunday (2014), the two have been close friends in real life as well. Responding to Singh's tweet, Arjun wrote, 'U are and will always be my full and final !!!' 

While the love between the two heroes was on full display, Parineeti Chopra butted into the conversation. The actress, who will be appearing in Meri Pyaari Bindu, tweeted to Arjun saying 'Ill be the other half baba! Choose one - RV or me!!!'

Arjun might just have half a girlfriend, but he seems to know how to play the field.

Half Girlfriend is scheduled for theatrical release on 19 May.
