Hrithik Roshan speaks about his Marathi film debut, Hrudayantar

Ace fashion designer Vikram Phadnis will be making his debut as a director and producer with the Marathi film, Hrudayantar. Veteran choreographer Shiamak Davar, too, will be entering the Marathi film arena with this film.
But this is not all. Hindi film star Hrithik Roshan will also make his Marathi film debut in Hrudayantar. Sources close to the film's production unit said the Kaabil star has a cameo in the film.
Hrithik Roshan took to Twitter today to announce the release date of the film. He said, “So happy 2 announce release date of #Hrudayantar a film dat I’m happy 2b a part of! Directed by my friend @vikramphadnis1 @hrudayantarfilm.” The first posters of the film were also released on the occasion.

Hrudayantar stars biggies of Marathi cinema like Subodh Bhave and Mukta Barve along with Sonali Khare. Actor Maniesh Paul also has a cameo in the film.
In an official statement, Phadnis said, "I am very excited. I was working on the film since past three years and finally my story is reaching to the audience in theatres on June 9. I am excited and anxious (sic).”

Producer Purvesh Sarnaik revealed the story of the film saying, “Hrudayantar talks about family and relationships and is close to my heart. We enjoyed the process of making the film and the post-production is underway.”
The film went on the floors in December last year. Shah Rukh Khan was the clapper for its mahurat shot.
