There is nothing Salman Khan can't do. After proving his crooning skills in Hero (2015) and Sultan (2016), the actor has now taken up the challenge of singing again. This time though, he is singing in Marathi. The actor will be singing his first song in Marathi for Mahesh Manjrekar's FU - Fun Unlimited, and the song will be picturised on Sairat star, Akash Thosar.

FU - Fun Unlimited will be Thosar's second film. The actor, who broke on scene with the phenomenal superhit, Sairat (2015), will be a part of the romantic comedy by Manjrekar. At the music launch of Manjrekar's Rubik Cube in February, the director had revealed that Khan would be singing for his next film. However, he had refused to go into any more details then.

Incidentally, at the event in February, Manjrekar had revealed that the music for the film was planned to be launched under Khan's music label, Being Human Music. However, things did not fall in place and the rights were sold to another label.

The director had mentioned that they planned to collaborate together on a private album if possible. "In the next six months, we aim to collaborate on a private album, hopefully, with Salman's label backing me. Singles have a big market today and private albums are doing exceedingly well. So expect an announcement soon," he had said.

FU - Fun Unlimited reportedly has 14 tracks, among which Khan's song will be a situational element. Apart from singing, the actor has also expressed an interest in acting in a Marathi film.
