What is Ajay Devgn doing with UK band The Vamps?

Some time back, Ajay Devgn made heads turn on Twitter when he shared a picture of him posing with Shivaay’s music composer Mithoon and the members of popular UK band, The Vamps. It seemed as if this is some sort of a collaboration between him and the foreign band, more so since the picture also had the film’s music director. 

This has indeed turned out to be true after Devgn tweeted the news recently. He wrote, “Here’s a sneak peak of @Mithoon11 and @TheVampsband jamming for Shivaay.” The video also has the band members preparing music for the film in the presence of Devgn, who is also the director of the film. 

This is not the first Bollywood collaboration for The Vamps. Just less than a month ago, they released a single, ‘Beliya’ by tying up with composer duo, Vishal-Shekhar. 

Shivaay is set to release on 28 October. The film will be clashing with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. It will be the second biggest box-office clash after Rustom and Mohenjo Daro.
