Watch: Imtiaz Ali guides Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma on 'The Ring' sets

These videos from the sets of Imtiaz Ali's new film do raise some interesting questions.

Imtiaz Ali is working full swing, shooting for his next, The Ring, first in Prague and now in Amsterdam. The film marks the first time Ali will be directing Anushka Sharma  and Shah Rukh Khan. Unsurprisingly, King Khan's fans seem in no mood to let him alone. A fan put up videos and images of the actors shooting for the film, and might just have revealed a scene.

From the recent pictures circulating on the internet, the crew seem to be fully immersed in the making. In one video, Anushka and Shah Rukh are seen enacting a scene, only to have the director step in. Imtiaz, no mean actor himself, manages to explain to Sharma exactly what he wants her to do.

The actors are seen involved in a conversational scene, before Imtiaz cuts in and asks Sharma to walk in from a distance again. Although the dialogues aren't heard through the ambient noise, the body language of the actors suggests that it might be an early scene from the film, when the characters are still not too familiar with each other. The only word clear through the scene is Anushka Sharma saying 'Nahi'. True to his eye for detail, Ali asks Sharma to step back and retrace her walk to get the scene perfect.

Shah Rukh reportedly plays a tour guide in the film, while Anushka plays a woman on vacation in the Netherlands. Although the actors had previously worked with each other in YRF productions' Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008) and Jab Tak Hai Jaan (2012), it is the first time the two will be seen together in an Imtiaz Ali film.

Another video from the film's sets has SRK walking in to a scene, only to forget his lines. Even the best falter, it seems.

The Ring is expected to release next year during the Independence Day week. By the looks of it, it certainly will be one to watch out for.
