Hrithik Roshan is nothing if not challenging. The actor has overcome a number of difficulties in his personal, and professional life over the years. His next venture, Kaabil, directed by Sanjay Gupta, is proving to be another challenge for Roshan. In a live chat on Facebook, the actor opened up on some of his most challenging moments while filming for Gupta's film, including dancing the tango while playing a blind man.

Answering a question about the most challenging aspect of the film, Roshan said, "We rehearsed the tango for 10 days, before shooting it. In fact, we shot it in 2-and-a-half days, but the rehearsals went on for 10 days."

Knowing Roshan's dedication as an actor and a dancer, it is not surprising that he put so much effort into it. "Every role comes with its own challenges. In Kaabil, both of us had to do so many things, despite playing blind people. But I'd choose the dance as the hardest thing. Both of us are playing good dancers in the film, but we had to dance without looking at each other."

His co-star in the film, Yami Gautam agreed. She added, "If Hrithik says the dance was hard, don't even think about asking me about it. It was very challenging, but there is no fun if there are no challenges." The actress said that the competitiveness of Roshan often pushed the crew to do the takes even better. Both admitted that the dance only came through after long hours of dedication.

Roshan is not the first famous blind character to attempt the tango. Al Pacino famously pulled it off in his Oscar winning performance in The Scent of A Woman.
