Irrfan Khan's film with Pakistani actress not stalled

Actor Irrfan Khan's film titled Hindi Medium, which also stars Pakistani actress Saba Qamar, has not been stalled, his official spokesperson said today.

The confirmation comes after a news report claimed that Khan had to start the project after wrapping up all work pertaining to his Hollywood film Inferno, but it got postponed indefinitely due to the current campaign against Pakistani artistes in India.

According to the statement, issued on Khan's behalf on Tuesday, the reports are false as the actor has already completed shooting for the project. 

The statement read, "Khan is currently putting all his efforts and focus on his next with Tanuja Chandra and Homi Adajania. As for the question of any of his films being stalled is not true. He has wrapped up shooting for all his films with no pending schedules left for any."

Meanwhile, Khan is enjoying all the appreciation coming his way after Inferno, which also stars Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks.
