Priyanka Chopra urges Americans to vote for the next President


The actress released a video appealing to the people of America to become a part of history.

Not just the United States of America (USA) but the entire world is waiting with bated breath for the results of the US Presidential Elections. The world is keen to know who out of the two presidential candidates - Hillary Clinton and Donal Trump - will walk into the White House in Washington DC. 

In the midst of this, actress Priyanka Chopra has highlighted the importance of this particular elections. In a video on Instagram, she seen urging the American people to go ahead and vote. 

“I am not an American. But I am a global citizen and the outcome of this election is going to impact the entire world. If you can vote, there is too much at stake in this election not to. Do not underestimate how loud your voice can be. Go out there and vote tomorrow on November eighth. Don’t miss your chance of being a part of history. Be the change you want to see,” she said. 

Priyanka has become a well-known personality in the US ever since she started appearing in the international TV series, Quantico. 

The Bajirao Mastani actress has been critical of Trump in the past for his thoughts on Mexicans, Muslims and women. During a couple of recent interviews, when she was asked as to who she would like to see winning, she hinted at Clinton.

"Who is going to win this election is going to affect the world. And I am very curious to see what America decides because it is a reflection of them," said Priyanka in a recent interview to Rajeev Masand in New York City.
