After the hectic mud wrestling and regimen for Dangal, Aamir Khan is on a deserved break. After the Diwali celebrations at the Bachchan household, the actor set off on a holiday with his wife, Kiran Rao. Typical of Khan, he has chosen a quiet, obscure destination for his vacation. The actor-director couple are headed to the Mechuka Adventure Festival held in Arunachal Pradesh.
Khan even posted a selfie on his Twitter account, showing the lush green hills, and the cool river flowing in the background.

But that is not all. Reports have emerged that Khan is also scheduled to attend the wedding of wrestler Geeta Phogat. Phogat's life was the inspiration for Khan's film, Dangal. Aamir Khan plays Mahavir Phogat, who trained his daughters in the very male dominated sport of wrestling. The wedding of Geeta Phogat and Pawan Kumar is set to take place on 20 November, and the wrestler was quoted as saying that the Dangal star will be in attendance. Mahavir Phogat said, "I spoke to Aamir ji on Wednesday, and he will attend the wedding along with director Nitesh Tiwari. Tayaari bahut achi tarah chal rahi hai. The Sangeet and Mehendi is on 19 November."
Phogat also praised Aamir Khan's nature. He said, "I have met Aamir ji around eight times. We used to spend six hours together talking about my life. He gives me a lot of respect. Aamir ji aur unki wife ne apne haath se daal ke khaana bhi khilaya hai (Aamir and wife have also lovingly served food to us)."
The 'Perfectionist' Khan certainly knows how to win people over.
