Shah Rukh Khan hopes to work with Pooja and Alia Bhatt's daughters one day

18 years ago, a teenage Ranbir Kapoor was photographed with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. They would go on to be cast opposite each other in Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016). Pooja Bhatt felt a sense of nostalgia when a picture of her with her half-sister Alia who a toddler then appeared online.

Pooja shared the photo and revealed that the picture was taken on the sets of Chaahat (1996), which starred Shah Rukh Khan and her. 

It didn’t take long for Shah Rukh Khan to take cognisance of this picture and King Khan retweeted this picture with a witty line of his own. 

The 51-year-old Khan is hoping that after working with Pooja and Alia, one day he will get to work with the girls (if any) of the half siblings.  Let’s hope that if it does happen, King Khan surely would be playing a father or grandfather to Alia and Pooja’s future children. Khan has an extended cameo in Alia Bhatt-starrer Dear Zindagi which has hit the theatres today.
