Amitabh Bachchan’s Astra Force to launch 28 November

Age is really a number when it comes to Amitabh Bachchan. At 70-plus, the veteran actor will have his maiden tryst with animation, where the legend will play a superhero, Astra. Fans had cheered the idea several weeks ago when the news first broke.
Bachchan retweeted this first look of his Astra Force avatar which starts on 28 November. It will aired at 3.30pm every Monday on Disney channel.
Bachchan’s character passes on his power to the two kids Neel and Tara. Astra’s costume is partly reminiscent of junior Bachchan’s look in Drona (2008)

Like with most superhero film or cartoons, the protagonist's job is to beat all evil that comes his/her way. With Bachchan at the helm, young fans certainly hope for a power-packed cartoon series.
