Sizzling item numbers have been an integral part of most Ram Gopal Varma films from Rangeela to Department. The filmmaker is now set to have one for his upcoming biopic on notorious bandit and sandalwood smuggler Veerappan. And RGV has taken inspiration from one of his own popular item numbers Khallas from the 2002 gangster flick Company.
Khallas introduced us to the sexy Isha Koppikar. RGV is set to recreate the magic, albeit in a different avatar. He has rechristened the track Khallas Veerappan and roped in Zarine Khan to play the seductress. The fillmmaker confirmed this development via social media.
As promotional song for Veerappan "Khallas Veerappan"has been recreated from "Khallas" song from "Company" it's to be shot on Zarine Khan

Ram Gopal Varma also gave his reason for including the track in a manhunt film.
Since Company was about gangsters and Veerappan was a gangster from jungle "Khallas Veerappan"song is a very apt throwback to "Khallas"

Zarine Khan did not enjoy much success in her initial days in the film industry but sent the temperature rising with her bold display in Hate Story 3. Perhaps Ram Gopal Varma was impressed by Zarine Khan’s bold show. Veerappan is set to release worldwide on May 27.
