Akshay Kumar posts quirky ‘hair’ video; unveils new Housefull 3 track

Madness is one word that springs to mind when you think of the Housefull franchise. The madness is not limited to the screen. Sajid Khan may be gone, but the custodians of the mindless entertainer are not averse to pulling off weird theatrics.

Akshay Kumar, who is known to be a joker in real life as well, has posted a video of himself and his accomplices, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan, the new entrant to the madhouse.

In the video, Abhishek Bachchan and Akshay Kumar have donned blonde wigs while Riteish Deshmukh has opted for the brunette look. As the three 'actresses' swish their tresses to the classic La La La soundtrack from Saagar (1985), you cannot help but break into a smile.

Riteish Deshmukh replied to the tweet challenging the Housefull 3 heroines Nargis Fakhri, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Lisa Haydon to beat the effort by posting a video of their own.

Earlier, Askhay Kumar had posted a video of Riteish and himself playing table tennis without the ping pong ball.

Actors and filmmakers keep inventing new tricks for promotions. While it is hard to rate these efforts, mindless entertainers often set the box-office meter rolling. Catch the fun on June 3 when Housefull hits theatres.
