Arjun Kapoor gets his basketball game on point for Half Girlfriend: Video

After playing the role of a home-maker in Ki and Ka, Arjun Kapoor has now stepped into the shoes of a national level basketball player for his next film Half Girlfriend. While he had practised cooking to look like a good cook in the R Balki film, the actor trained with an international basketball team from USA to perfect the sport.

Arjun plays the role of Madhav Jha, a basketball player from a village in Bihar, who gets admitted to a prestigious school in Delhi under sports quota and falls in love with his rich classmate, played by Shraddha Kapoor. The actor recently began shooting the film, and the makers released a video that proves Arjun has his basketball game on point. 

Directed by Mohit Suri, Half Girlfriend is based on Chetan Bhagat’s popular novel by the same name.
