Mohenjo Daro has its 'chosen one' – Pooja Hegde as Chaani 

Ashutosh Gowariker’s Mohenjo Daro has its chosen one now. UTV Motion Pictures released a first look poster of the lead heroine of the film, Pooja Hegde, as Channi ‘The Chosen One’. 

The poster features Pooja in an elaborate and stylish gown, along with a decorative headdress. The costume is one of the key features of this period epic that dates back to a time ‘Before Christ’. Pooja looks gorgeous in what looks like an elaborate Indo-western outfit in today's context. We are sure though that a lot of research has gone into creating this detailed look. Designers April Ferry and Neeta Lulla have worked on the costumes in the film.

Pooja, who has starred in Tamil and Telugu films earlier, makes her Hindi film debut with Mohenjo Daro. 

The film, directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and starring Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, is set to release on 12 August.
