A police complaint has been filed against the actress for singing the national anthem incorrectly.

Sunny Leone is used to being the centre of attention, but this might just get a little uncomfortable even for her. The actress was invited on Thursday to open the Pro Kabaddi League match with a performance of the national anthem. The act has landed her in trouble. A police complaint has been filed with Delhi's Ashok Nagar Police Station for Sunny Leone's seemingly harmless act.
This is not the first time that a rendition of the national anthem has earned a police complaint. In the past, Amitabh Bachchan and comedian Kapil Sharma have faced similar charges. Amitabh Bachchan sung the national anthem at the 2015 T20 World Cup final, while Kapil Sharma sang it in 2016.
To be fair, Sunny Leone's performance was not all bad. The actress had even taken to Twitter to show off her practice behind the screen.
Went head on w/one of my biggest fears-singing out loud!Spent the month rehearsing!Hope u like it!! pic.twitter.com/b8chjZ7rt4

Hopefully, things will turn 'sunny' for the actress soon.
